We engrave and ship every order that comes through our system, which costs us ~ $10.00! Unfortunately shipping logistics (lost shipments, and delivery complications) and unforeseen circumstances do affect your delivery. We are upset as well! But don’t worry, well make it right!
How to receive replacement:
1. Make certain 4 weeks have passed since the date it was ordered (if not, we can not help you do to the fact you are still under guarantee)
2. Add donation or replacement to cart
3. In order notes: put your order number and proof of tracking (if no tracking available, put order number and email)
4. Receive confirmation!
5. You will be contacted within 7 days or sooner via email
