Jetcube offers Free Unlimited shipping for all us customers on order above $25. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: verifying the order, performing a quality check, and packaging the item(s). (2 days)
Shipping time: the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the final destination. (8-12 days)
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 8 and 12 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time depending on shipping carriers & ship from location. we ship 65% of our inventory from overseas so some orders may take as long as 1-2 months.
It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5 flat rate shipping to [worldwide shipping].
Free local delivery is available for orders over $300 within [area of coverage]. For orders under $100, we charge $20 for local delivery.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 365 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
