Instructions
- Prepare the balloon by laying it out flat
- Gently pull the balloon on it's edges horizontally and then vertically
- Inflate the balloon with a helium tank or other inflation device
- Inflate until the wrinkles along the sides are totally expanded - be sure to lower the inflation speed once the balloon reaches a size of 13 inches
- Twist the base and tie in a knot
- Cover the balloon with the LED string just how you wish
