How to Clean// Use a damp cloth or soft towel to clean stone items. Avoid using cleaners or soaps, as they can damage the stone finish and elastic over time. Don't put stones in hot water. Always remove your stones before swimming, bathing, playing sports, or using cleaners. To preserve and clean sterling silver beads(if you item include them), use a silver polishing cloth.

We provide 1 month replacement and 6 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first half year. Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items. (In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).
