Just place the dream catcher above your bed to "catch" any bad dreams and ward off any evil spirits. Remember to cleanse your crystal PRIOR to use.
Cleansing the crystal: Place the whole dream catcher in a window with direct sunlight for at least 6 hours or in direct moonlight (full moon is best) overnight. OR you can light a sage stick and let the smoke envelope the crystals for at least one full minute.
Once cleansed, set your intention with the crystals.
