Republic of Vietnam Training Service 2C Medal
The Republic of Vietnam Training Service Medal was a decoration presented by South Vietnam to recognize officer instructors and cadres at military schools and training facilities as well as civilians and foreign allies who made significant contributions to military training. The 1st Class medal is awarded to officers and the 2nd Class medal is awarded to non-commissioned officers and enlisted men.
