As we are charged a shipping fee for resending items we do pass on this charge to customers who have failed to give us correct shipping address. This charge may be applied too to customers who wanted an upgrade on shipping method. We do not profit from this charge and it goes directly to our postal system so we can return your item as fast as possible.
As soon as you get your new tracking number, we do ask that you follow it in 17track.net and as soon as your local post takes control a quick call to them will guarantee delivery or even allow you to pick up your package.
