All payments are expected within 7 days of auctions end. We accept all major credit cards: Visa MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For your security, billing and shipping addresses will be verified with your credit card company prior to shipment of any merchandise. Any orders that have one or more potential fraud indications may be canceled. In this event, the customer will be notified via the email address provided on file. All New York State residents are required to pay 8.875 % Sales Tax.

We ship all our items with full value insurance using FedEx Overnight Shipping.You may choose to ship your item with 2nd Day Express delivery. Items that are $10,000 and over must be shipped using Overnight delivery. All of our shipments require an Adult Signature at the time of delivery. All International shipments are shipped via FEDEX international priority overnight with insurance. these shipments typically take 3-4 business days to arrive at the designated country and approximately 5-7 more days to clear customs. Please note that delivery times will vary by country. Your local customs agency will notify you upon the arrival of your package any applicable duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer.

Free sizing. We encourage customers who are not sure about a certain ring, but want to make a purchase to have us send you the ring first. Once you have received the ring take a moment to inspect your new ring and then send it back to have it re-sized for free!We provide all our customers with free ring sizing, if a ring is sized by us there is a 10% restocking fee if the ring is returned. For any ring that needs to be sized above or below one stock size we custom make the ring in your desired size for no extra charge. Custom making any of our rings could take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to manufacture.

At Avi & Co we take full responsibility when it comes to any defect in manufacturing and workmanship.Excessive wear and abuse towards the items are responsibility of the consumer.Avi & Co. offers you a limited 2 year mechanical warranty on any watches we sell. This warranty covers the mechanical functions of your automatic watch, should it run fast/slow or inexplicably stop functioning you have two full years from the date of purchase to return it to us for servicing. This warranty does not cover water damage or any damage to the crystal. We do not offer to replace quartz watch batteries under this warranty. This warranty applies only to watches purchased from Avi & Co. website and do not make any representations for the watch manufacturer. Avi & Co. offers a comparable to the manufacturer’s warranty with the exception of where the service will be performed. Avi & Co. employs qualified watchmakers and when applicable use factory authorized replacement parts. Evidence of abuse voids this warranty.

Avi & Co. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you are not, we offer 30-day returns. Due to the nature of our highly specific products we can only offer returns and refunds not replacement of our listings. The only way we can replace an item is in the event you receive the incorrect item from us. The 30 day return period begins the day the package is received, we ask that you contact us prior to shipping back your return for complete instructions on how to safely ship the package. Once we have received the item, we will inspect it for signs of wear or damage, please allow three business days from receipt to complete the return. All items being returned must be in UNWORN condition, we have attached security tags to prevent "wear and return" sales. If the security tag is missing or has been tampered a restocking fee and additional charges will be deducted from the return total. For insurance reasons Avi & Co. cannot reimburse return shipping, all return shipping is done so at the customers expense. Items that have been altered by the customer’s request are ineligible for return.
