If post to BRAZIL, please tell us the receiver CPF in the message box, without it, we can not post the dress, thanks for your understanding.
When you place an order, we will offer you all the shipping methods for you to select, usually we select a safe,quick and cheap method for you and tell you the estimated delivery time. But sometimes we can not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your products is inspected. Usually it will not produce customs fees and some other extra fees for you because we will write a low value for the package. But sometimes it can not be avoided, they may collect the fees at time of delivery, that is your duty for importing products to your country, we will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the item. The returned item must be in perfect condition. For dresses, you also need to pay 30% total amount of order as restock fee. It is required that the item or dresses should be returned to us within 14 days after the return request is accepted.
Return shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
(2)Exchange
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective, wrongly shipped or damaged upon receipt. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Contact our customer service immediately.For the issues you mention, we need you provide evidence to prove.We will give you the returning mailing address.
After the returned item by you is received, we will refund you in 3 to 7 working days . Rush order fee and the shipping cost you paid before is non-refundable.
