You may return or exchange your products within 14 days of receiving them. A restocking fee of 15% + return shipping cost applies to any returned APEX PORTABLE POWER STATION, APEX KIT, or SOLAR PANEL purchase.

- Returned items must be in the same condition (unused, unmodified) as they were received. Items only partially returned will not be accepted and no refund or credit will be issued.
- To process your return, we will contact you to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # and to arrange for return shipping.
- A credit will be issued back to you within 7-days of the item being received.
- Special orders or gift cards cannot be returned. Nonreturnable items will be clearly indicated as nonreturnable so you are made aware prior to ordering.
