Q: I don\'t want to be taxed. Is there any ideas to avoid it?
A: As usually, we will declare the value lower than USD30 (DHL declare by USD48 above) to avoid the customs issue.
To Turkey , we declare usd30/parcel ; To Israel , we declare by USD72/parcel.
But due to the policy of different country, if you have any special request, pls contact me.

Q: How can I track the parcel?
A: After sending the goods, every order will comes with tracking number. If you don\'t know how to track your parcel, pls contact our staff for help.
For high value items, please record a video before openging the parcel, it is to protect your right if you get something wrong. Thanks.

A: We are SJCAM Official Store (sjcamhd.aliexpress.com) on Aliexpress for more than 3 years. We only sell the original SJCAM sport cameras which produced by Shenzhen HongFeng Factory.

- In order to avoid the camera burned due to the high temperature or continue charging, please remove the battery while it is used as a Car Dvr. And please charged the battery via desktop charger.
- If your camera is not working properly or you are not professional on upgrading firmware, please contact us before updating. If you do a wrong firmware update, it can cause a demage in your camera.The camera will brick and stuck with the black screen or the white screen.
