WEIGHT PLATES
- Plates double as hand weights for a full body workout (a “2 in 1 deal”). Perfect for chest and shoulder training.
- Textured zone helps secure hand grip and aids lifting technique.
- Ergonomic design lets you hold 2 plates in one hand, so you can add weight easily.
- Squared off plate shape means the SMARTBAR won’t roll away between tracks.

SHIPPING
We ship anywhere in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska- email info@gainseveryday.com for a quote).
- For bundles or products in stock we ship all orders within 5 working days, and it generally arrives within 7-10 business days from the shipment date. Orders outside the continental United States may have a longer shipping period.
- Due to COVID-19 affecting some businesses and movement within regions there may be an additional delay in shipping time of up to 5 days.
- For bundles or products on pre-order we estimate our next shipment to be dispatched by November 6 and delivery to your address 7-10 business days thereafter.
- We do our best to find the most competitive shipping rates. Orders less than 150 lbs are shipped by Federal Express ground delivery.
- You can return unopened cartons within 14 days of purchase. Returns are refunded for the product purchase price, some exclusions apply.
