Answer: Due to shipping regulations, power bank can't come with these vests. However, these vests CAN BE USED WITH ANY PORTABLE POWER BANK 5V BATTERY available in the market
Questions: Do I need a power bank to use the vest?
Answer: Yes. You will need a power bank and plug it in the vest. We recommend to use 10000 mAh power bank to efficiently generate heat for the new heating elements.
Questions: How long do they stay warm?
Answer: Depends on the capacity of your power bank. Average High Mode around 4-6 hours , Middle mode around 7-9 hours , Low mode around 10+ hours
Questions: Can you charge the battery while in use?
Answer: No you cannot charge the vest battery while using it but the battery has a USB port that you can charge your cell phone or other devices that has a USB charger. The battery can last up to 10 hours on the lowest setting. The vest has 3 setting, so the hottest the battery will last about 4-6 hours.
Questions: How to turn on and turn off the heating of the vest?
Answer:Hold it down for about 3 seconds to turn on. It will flash red while heating, then go white. You can turn it up by pressing the button again; white, red, blue. Hold it down for about 3 seconds to turn off.
Questions: What is the correct step to clean the heated vest?
Answer: Remove power bank, handwash or machine wash (in laundry bag) in cold water. Do not twist or wring.
Questions: How to take care of the battery?
Answer: In order to extend the service time, battery must be fully charged before use, storage and once every 3 months of storage thereafter.
