The Off The rack selection is an amazing opportunity to purchase an exquisite selection Limited sizes upon availability directly to you by an internationally leading designer bridal house, and not through a regular online boutique so, unfortunately, we cannot offer any refund. Fortunately, so far, this has not been a problem for any of our brides . If, before you order, you would like to see more photos of your design, we are happy to send you more images from our photo shoots and behind the scenes. you will get 100% satisfaction for quality and design, about alterations.We make your dress according to the size the measurements you gave us matched. We highly recommend all our brides have their measurements professionally taken. Because each body is exceptional, you might find that going to a local alterations shop is an easy way to make the dress fit exactly how you like it to fit, particularly for tight-fitting dresses.

CHANGE OF MIND

Unfortunately, we do not refund due to change of mind as we have only a few pieces one of a kind Off The Rack available stock- unless you have emailed us less than 24 hours before we have processed your order with our atelier. If we haven’t started your dress you are more than welcome to change your order but we cannot refund. We cannot either refund you if you feel that dress does not suit you, as this stock is limited.

When you have chosen your dream dress, it’s time to get excited , On your dress’ page, click ‘Add to cart’. The page will indicate you with available sizes size (0-16) Available Color only AS SAMPLE. Don’t worry too much about sizing as we’ll confirm the details according to our size chart using your measurements in the next step once we recieve your order to assure this fits you and possible to alter. Once we have received your order, we suggest to add clear image of yourself front and back with tight clothing, we’ll send you an email requesting the professional measurements of your bust, waist (smallest measurement of your torso), hips (lower bottom – not bones), and hollow to hem (with wedding shoes on). Once we have received your details, we’ll match you to the generic sizing of our size chart. You are not required to do anything else at this stage, besides plan the rest of your big day, of course! Once you receive your dress, alterations/tweaks are very common. All alteration costs are covered by the Bride. The options of payment are PayPal and credit card. Paypal is our preferred method but please choose the option most convenient to you.If you have any questions before or after ordering, don’t hesitate to email us. We only offer certain changes to our designs. Please see available color variations with each dress. Unfortunately, changes cannot be accepted once the order has been processed.

To order OFF THE RACK Yaniv Persy wedding gown, click ‘Add to cart’. The page will ask you to indicate your general size (0-6)

(XS-XXL) and the color in some cases. Don’t worry too much about sizing as we’ll confirm the details according to our size chart using your measurements in the next step.

Once we have received your order, we’ll send you an email requesting the professional measurements of your bust, waist (smallest measurement of your torso), hips (lower bottom – not bones), and hollow to hem (with wedding shoes on). To assure you have chosen the right measurement. We recommend to add full body swim wear photo / tight clothing to assure we see your measurements fit .

If you wish to repair the dress and make it fit to measure to fit we will ask you to fill – Hips , Waist , Bust , Bra size , Length of dress waist to Hem – We will check this possibility as extra charge service to assure your satisfaction .

Once we have received your details, we’ll match you to the generic sizing of our size chart. We make the length measurement in 5cm increments so we’ll round your measurement up. You are not required to do anything else at this stage, besides plan the rest of your big day, of course!?
