Basil helps regulate the menstrual cycle, reduces menstrual cramps, and can help with engorged breasts. Basil is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-spasmodic and can be used as an insect repellent. Basil blends nicely with rosemary and citrus oils.
