Dr. Tasneema Ghazi is Director of Curriculum at IQRA' International Educational Foundation. She is a specialist in Child Development and Reading (Curriculum and Instruction). She has studied at the universities of Aligarh, Allahabad, London, Harvard, Sand Diego and Minnesota and has taught in India, England, United States and Saudi Arabia at all grade levels: kindergarten, elementary, junior and senior high school and at the university level. Her most recent appointments have been as Community Professor of Reading and Language at Governor Statue University, Park Forest South, Illinois, and as Instructor of English at the Women's College, King Abdul Aziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Tasneema Ghazi and her husband, Dr. Abidullah Ghazi are co-founders of IQRA' International. They have exchanged their professional careers for a lifetime commitment to developing an integrated curriculum and producing a Comprehensive System of Islamic Studies. They have produced the first model program of Sirah, which is currently being used in most Islamic schools and has been translated into major world languages.
