The foundations of this program revolve around proven progressions of your main compound lifts in order to build raw strength and the use of meticulously placed accessory movements to help increase cardiac and muscular endurance along with body composition!
*Please note this program can be used by trainees with all levels of fitness but is recommended for individuals with ~1-2 years of training experience*
