In 1978 he happened to read the Qu'ran expecting that it too would contain a mixture of true and false. However, within a few days he realized that the, message of the Qur'an was precisely the same as the essence of the truth that he had distilled from the Bible.
He then sought to meet a Muslim and came to know the Toronto community. Since 1978 he has been active in many countries on every continent giving public presentations of Islam in the form of lectures, debates, question answer sessions, and radio and television appearances. He is also the author of several articles and publications about Islam.
