Q&A
Question 1: Why can't I turn on the projector?
Answer:
Read the user manual carefully especially step 2 and 3, follow the instructions. Some customers usually forget to read step 3 which requires the users to press the turn on the button of the projector or turn on the button of the remote control. If you have confusion about the user manual, please contact us.
Question 2: Will it connect to my iPhone to watch Netflix?
Answer:
The USB input port is only for the flash drive and hard drive, can't connect iPhone for media play. To connect the mini projector with iPad or smartphone, you will need a lightning to HDMI adapter/MHL to HDMI adapter or wireless HDMI adapter.
Notice: This YG300 projector is not recommended for PPT or business presentation as it needs to be used in a dark environment.
Question 3: Why is the picture blurry?
Answer:
1) Slightly turn the lens and regulate the focal distance to a proper position.
2) Regulate analog quantity of the brightness, the contrast ratio, and the color setting.
3) Check whether the lens is clean or not.
Question 4: Can I use the projector without the remote control?
Answer:
Yes, if you don't want to carry the remote control, just use the buttons on the projector.
