A classic style day dress from the 1940's
Soft rayon in black with a print of white hats with pink sashes, pink houses, pink cherries, little birds & birdhouses, yellow flower bouquets and white accents.
Draped sleeves with smocked shoulders and fold over bust with a soft drape.
Matching belt and dual ruffle across the front of the skirting
Side seam metal zipper + Unlined

Underarm: 22 inches (44)
Waist: 18 1/2inches (37 - adjusts with belt)
Hips: 24 1/2 inches (49)
Shoulder to waist: 15 1/2 inches
Waist to hem: 29 1/2 inches
Sleeve length: 11 inches

CONDITION
Nice overall - No fade , tears, underarm discoloration or stains
but isn't perfect...
This has a few smaller holes - Thanks to the dark color they aren't overly obvious
2 larger holes (the size of a pea) one smaller and 4 pinholes - I think if you gather this just right , you can hide the holes in the folds
One larger hole in the skirting (about the size of a pea -10 inches above hem ,below both ruffles) A small pull / hole by the zipper
A watermark on the white of the hat by collar + The belt lining is shot - hole in tip of belt fabric / wear on the buckle
