Bias cut so there is a little room for a slight adjustment
A. underarm to underarm: 17 inches (34)
B. Waistline: 13 1/4 inches (26 1/2)
C. Hips: 18 inches (36)
D. Shoulder to waist: 16 1/2 inches
E.Waist to hem: 45 inches
F. Sleeve Length: n/a inches
My dress form measures:
• 33 1/2 Bust
•23 Waist
•34 Hips

Excellent - No major holes or tears or fade - VERY wearable
Some small issues:
Very faint underarm discoloration - I can only see it in direct sunlight
One pinhole in the cape + Some small pinholes in the slip
On close inspection: Some very small freckles on the dress - I really had to search for them
One faint spot and a touch of blue haze by the hem - All might come out with a proper cleaning
