Blue crepe rayon with rounded neckline and 3/4 length, cuff-less sleeves.
Fitted waist with a gathered polka dot sash,
accented with a rhinestone, mock buckle.
Pleated, straight cut skirting.
Side seam metal zipper + Made in the USA

C O N D I T I O N
Overall nice condition
A touch of light fade on one sleeve and a nip in the hem.
A gradual fade into the skirting.
Main issue is the rubbing on the shoulders and some on the skirting.
It looks like little threads coming out of the fabric.
I used my pill shaver and it removed some,
but it doesn't get close enough to the fabric.
Might be removable with a better shaver or dye over?
