Gathered shoulders in taffeta with a pleated bodice in tulle.
Wide sash that attaches and drapes down the side.
Full skirting and 2 layers of tulle.

Seams on sleeves need reinforcments + Some sash snaps are missing
Hem of tulle skirting has been cut off
Small freckles on shoulder straps
- This has not been cleaned, may be removable or lightened
