- Can go to 32 inches on last, single snap.

Waist to hem: 24 1/2 inches - 1 inch hem

C O N D I T I O N
Fair vintage condition
Has a pinch in the skirt + Mark on the left shoulder + Hard to see with the sheen and in certain lighting, spotting on the left side of skirt.
Had been gently hand washed - possibly can use a stronger spot treatment to remove mark on shoulder but I don't think the dark spots on skirting will come out.
