Adjustable halter tie that be worn in several different ways.
Empire waistline with slightly flared, midi skirting.
Accented with sheer cotton ruffle hem.
Rear zipper + Made in Hawaii

Lovely vintage condition overall
No holes, tears, stains on the dress.
Mended on the halter tie and a small rust spot- some loose stitching
Can be worn as-is or it can be restitched / replaced
with fabric / ribbon of complimentary color.
The rust colored spot might be removable or
significantly lightened with a strong stain remover
