V neck and padded shoulders with wide, squared sleeves.
Top pleated sleeves angle up, and gather under your arms when wearing.
Wide, black waistband and sash.
Full skirting with a band of tan along the black.
Big, rear bow + Button back and zipper on the skirt.
Made in the USA
