These steel knives are sandwiches of several sheets of steel. Outer stainless steels and harder stainless or carbon steel cores make up the cross-section of Damascus steel blades. Our high carbon cooking blades keep an edge longer than their stainless steel counterparts and are very dependable for those precision cuts on your kitchen.606

These unique superb design kitchen knives are fully Hand Made. The knife is a piece of Craftsmanship and Exotic material.
The blade of the knives is hand-forged with above 316 Layers of 1095 and 15N20 high carbon tool steels,
with Nickle layer. The blade has been given excellent heat treatment to get a 56 to 57 HRC.640

All our knives are 100% handmade. We do not use any CNC machining to make our knives.

Each knife will be 100% unique and have may have some handmade characteristics that make them unique.
