This vintage industrial lamp is by O.C. White. It features two signature OC White joints as well as an OC White telegraph arm. The mounting plate measures 2 5/8" x 3 7/8" with 1/4" holes located 1 5/8" and 2 7/8" apart on center. The telegraph arm is 8.5" long, the base stand is 6.5" tall, and the adjustable lamp arm is 19" in length. The lamp has a 6.5" diameter shade. It would be great for a desk, nightstand, or work area.
